Purpose of the Campaign
Operation Truth & Action Share Storm has been launched in response to growing concern that Canada is undergoing a structural shift toward digital administrative governance.
Supporters of the campaign identify four major pillars they believe are being fundamentally altered.
First, democratic government decision-making processes that traditionally relied on elected representatives and legislative debate are increasingly being implemented through administrative bodies, regulatory mechanisms, and digital policy systems.
Second, the role of policing is seen by campaign supporters as evolving from a primary mandate of serving and protecting the public toward greater participation in regulatory enforcement and administrative compliance initiatives.
Third, long-standing court-based judicial processes that historically provided open hearings, procedural safeguards, and independent adjudication are, in some contexts, being replaced by administrative penalty systems and alternative digital review structures.
Fourth, civil liberties protections connected to access to independent courts, practical self-defence capacity, and full rights-based appeals are viewed by participants as narrowing within emerging governance frameworks.
The campaign has been created to encourage lawful, coordinated civic engagement in response to these developments.
LAUNCH OF OPERATION TRUTH & ACTION STORM will be March 23. 2026.
We will be using all communication systems possible to make Canadians aware of the digital government system that is being put it place.

THE CIVIL OPERATION
Citizens across Canada are being invited to take part in a coordinated national outreach effort.
Participants are being asked to send a formal citizen letter to the following public officials:
• their Member of Parliament (MP)
• their Member of Provincial Parliament / provincial representative (MPP / MLA)
• their city councillor
• their mayor
• their chief of police
• any other relevant officials
Federal & Provincial Politician Contact Finder:
Contact Lists Below
This campaign is built on the idea that respectful, direct, widespread citizen contact matters.
When many citizens raise the same clear questions through lawful democratic channels, public officials are more likely to take notice.
PRIMARY CITIZEN ACTION
Each member is asked to do the following:
1. Send the letter by regular mail or fax to their MP
2. Send the same letter by regular mail or fax to their provincial representative
3. Send the same letter by regular mail or fax to their city councillor
4. Send the same letter by regular mail or fax to their mayor
5. Send the same letter by regular mail or fax to their chief of police

This creates a broad, visible, coordinated pattern of respectful public engagement across multiple levels of government and enforcement.
We are going to try and keep track of the responses from officials and make them available to the public.
Please send any response you receive to: pushback@protonmail.com
IF MEMBERS NEED HELP
If a member cannot fax the letter themselves, they may ask campaign administrators to fax it for them.
Members can also help the campaign by collecting fax numbers for officials and forwarding that information to the admin team.
This makes it easier for more citizens to participate.
OLD-SCHOOL CITIZEN SHARE ACTIONS
(Print • Mail • Hand Deliver • Post • Distribute)
Digital sharing is powerful, but traditional citizen outreach remains one of the most effective democratic tools available.
Citizens are encouraged to participate through old-school public outreach methods, including:

• Encourage others to do the same
• Physical mail creates a tangible record of public concern

• Politely request that the letter be received and forwarded
Bring to Meetings
• Bring copies to town halls, council meetings, and community events
• Share with interested attendees
Pass It Out at Events
• Distribute respectfully at rallies, gatherings, and public events
• Encourage others to send the letter
Post Where Notices Are Permitted
• Community bulletin boards
• Libraries, cafés, community centres, and permitted locations
